1. Function of foot operated stainless steel trash can
The function of a foot operated trash can is a tool used to hold garbage. There are many types of foot operated trash cans, including outdoor classified trash cans and indoor household trash cans, but their usage methods are basically the same. They all use their feet to step on the bottom step of the trash can, and the lid of the trash can can be opened through a linkage mechanism, which is convenient and fast.
2. Composition of foot operated stainless steel trash cans
The foot operated stainless steel trash can is composed of an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, a cylinder cover, a bracket, a connecting rod, a step rod, and other parts. This barrel includes a barrel body and a barrel lid that are mutually hinged. The barrel lid is connected to a transmission mechanism for controlling the opening and closing of the barrel lid, characterized in that: the transmission mechanism includes a foot pedal, a lever structure, and a connecting rod. The foot pedal is located at the bottom of the barrel body and outside the barrel, and the lever structure includes a fixed seat and a lever. One end of the lever is connected to the foot pedal, the other end is connected to the connecting rod, and the middle part is connected to a fixed seat, The connecting rod is longitudinally arranged on the outside of the barrel body, and the other end of the connecting rod is pivoted to the barrel cover, and the pivot joint is located on the inner side of the pivot joint between the barrel cover and the barrel body. 3. Principle analysis of foot operated stainless steel garbage bin The foot operated garbage bin adopts a lever principle structure. The bracket of the cylinder cover is connected to the connecting rod and the step rod. Through a lever with a step rod, the connecting rod and bracket can be driven to smoothly move the cylinder cover along the arc edge of the cylinder mouth to the side of the cylinder body, so that the cylinder cover can be fully lifted. Due to this special design, this practical garbage bin can dump garbage into the bin.
